Partner, specialising in advertising law. Regulatory advice: Defending complex Advertising Standards Authority investigations and on using the ASA to challenge competitor advertising. Obtaining approval from Clearcast for television commercials. Advertising issues with the Competition and Markets Authority, Ofcom, CAP and other regulators. Commercial Advice: drafting and negotiating wide range of advertising related contracts, including client/ agency agreements, and contracts with celebrities and influencers.

Content Advice: advising on risk management in advertising and sales promotions in the UK and abroad, and issues such as environmental claims, parodies, and social media campaigns. Advising on advertising related disputes.
