Jessamy Gallagher is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office. Ms. Gallagher focuses her practice on international public and private M&A in the infrastructure, energy, and real assets markets. She also has extensive experience counseling on business-critical corporate governance matters.

Ms. Gallagher regularly advises a wide range of global pension, infrastructure, and fund manager clients, as well as a number of FTSE listed clients.
