Alex advises on the structuring, establishment, operation and regulation of investment funds and other investment structures including co-investments, club deals, joint ventures, managed accounts and executive co-investment and carried interest. He advises across asset classes but his particular expertise is with private equity, venture and real estate investment structures. Alex acts for a range of clients, from first time managers to institutional fund managers.
Career
Alex joined SJ Berwin in 2011 and qualified as an English solicitor in 2013. He subsequently worked in the investment funds teams of SJ Berwin (latterly King & Wood Mallesons) and Goodwin, working on a number of high profile multi-jurisdictional mandates for a global client base. He joined Mourant in 2018.
