Olly is a partner in the firm’s market leading Employment group in the UK. He specialises in sensitive and complex employment matters – often with a regulatory angle - for banks, asset managers, hedgefunds, PE firms, inter-dealer brokers and hyper-growth technology companies.
His knowledge and experience of the interplay between employment law and financial services regulatory issues gives Olly real insight when it comes to advising on sensitive conduct related matters as well as employment issues arising out of regulatory investigations. He has a wealth of experience advising on whistleblowing investigations as well as high value discrimination litigation. He also has a particular interest in business protection matters and is regularly instructed by clients to advise upon team moves, breaches of contract and matters involving the theft of confidential and proprietary information.

Olly was a trustee of Chwarae Teg, a charity working in Wales to support the economic development of women as well as working with businesses and organisations to develop and improve working practices, between 2019 and 2023.
