Bomchil and Baker McKenzie advised on the sale of 100% of the shares of Ergo Renova S.A. to Accenture. The transaction closed on April 20, 2022 in the city of Buenos Aires.
Bomchil advised the selling group, founders Ariel Fernando Güelmos and Karina Paola Salerti. Baker McKenzie advised the buyer, Accenture.
Ergo Renova is a technology company founded in 2004 focused on Data & Analytics that provides data processing services to the main companies in Argentina in order to help them make decisions based on them to improve their businesses. With this acquisition, the company seeks to expand Accenture's Cloud First abilities to boost data-driven transformations for its clients.
