Chambers D&I Charter
The Chambers D&I Charter encourages law firms and legal departments to partner with Chambers as signatories; to create, embed and action an ongoing diversity plan.
The Charter builds on the findings of the Chambers D&I program and offers signatories a structured approach to addressing the root causes of inequality in the workplace through the bespoke creation of:
• action plans
• training
• toolkits
Chambers will shortly be launching a dedicated website that will highlight the individuals, companies and firms that support D&I globally as well as providing useful benchmarking and tools that can help make a difference.
We encourage collaboration between companies, external advisers and suppliers who value inclusive workplace environments. This includes but is not limited to; gender, race and ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, disability, mental health, faith, religion, educational background and socio-economic status.
