Main Areas of Practice: 

Tax Advice, Estate Planning & Tax Litigation:
Partners Arturo Garnham and Patrick Humphreys lead the firm’s tax practice. The practice provides general tax advice, including domestic and international transactions, tax planning, tax compliance, transfer pricing, estate planning, administrative defence before tax authorities, and legal defence before the courts. Experienced lawyers undertake an exhaustive risk analysis of structuring operations and opportunities, which provides critical information when it comes to decision-making.

Corporate & M&A:
Partner Daniela Gazmuri leads the firm’s Corporate & M&A practice. The firm provides legal advice to corporate clients, helping them with their corporate structure, including private equity funds. In addition to this, the firm assists clients both in their day-to-day matters and more complex processes such as mergers and acquisitions. Experts also provide advice in negotiating and preparing commercial contracts, domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate reorganisation processes, matters related to capital markets, such as IPOs and securities issuance and registration, regulatory aspects of these markets, especially regarding the Financial Market Commission, and permanent assistance in corporate matters.

Litigation, Restructuring & Insolvency:
Partner Simón Zañartu leads the firm’s litigation practice. The firm's professional expertise is available to clients through its experience in the prevention and resolution of conflicts in civil, commercial, and administrative matters, and insolvency, settlements, and restructuring matters.

Labour & Employment:
Partner Juan Ignacio Monge leads the firm’s labour practice.
