Adam Docks is a member of the Real Estate practice and the firmwide co-chair of the Hotels and Leisure industry group, leading a national team that focuses on the acquisition, disposition, development, joint venture and financing of lodging properties. Adam’s clients include many of the leading private equity sponsors and funds in the hospitality industry, in addition to prominent family offices and high net worth investors. His hospitality practice includes the negotiation of hotel management agreements, franchise agreements and asset management agreements. Adam frequently advises loan servicers and other opportunistic lenders in connection with the origination and servicing of hotel loans. Adam is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants and a board member of the Center for Real Estate and Finance at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
