David Johansson mainly advises clients on contentious insurance and reinsurance matters and dispute resolution. He has extensive domestic and international dispute resolution experience and has represented clients in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, with a focus on arbitrations under the auspices of the SCC. David has dealt with disputes in all instances of the Swedish courts for civil procedure, including the Supreme Court.
