He has extensive experience representing major U.S. and international companies in restructurings both in and out of court, throughout the United States. George has handled matters for clients in industries as varied as energy (power, E&P and E&P services), chemicals, metals, manufacturing, real estate, gaming, financial services, retail, telecommunications, airline, and health care. He has experience advising boards of directors and representing debtors and creditor groups in complex workouts, restructurings and bankruptcy planning worldwide.
