Practice Areas

Hannah is a commercial junior with experience of major litigation and arbitration at all levels. She has a broad practice encompassing the full spectrum of commercial disputes and advisory work. In addition to her core specialisms in commercial and banking disputes, Hannah has particular experience in civil fraud, securities litigation and gambling disputes. Notable cases include the SKAT dispute (a very substantial fraud claim brought in respect of Danish tax); the Phones 4U dispute (allegations of anti-competitive conduct against major mobile phone operators); Vannin v RBOS Shareholders Action Group Limited (a claim related to payment of fees under a funding agreement) and the RBS Rights Issue Litigation. She appears both led and as sole counsel, and has experience at every stage of proceedings, from interlocutory disputes through to trial and on appeal.
