Jeff Bjork, Global Vice Chair of the Restructuring and Special Situations Practice, represents public and private companies, creditors, and investors in all aspects of restructuring. He has significant experience in representing clients in all aspects of restructuring, including debtors (public company and privately-held), distressed investors, sellers and purchasers of financially-troubled companies, bond insurers, debt syndicates and bondholder groups. He has experience in large-scale cross-border restructurings and insolvencies involving the U.S., Canada and Europe. He also has experience representing bond insurers and other stakeholders in municipal debt restructurings, including through chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Code.
