Jenia advises clients on a variety of real estate, construction, and commercial transactions, involving legal due diligence and acquisition or disposal of real estate assets, ranging from luxury hotels and houses to logistic sites or office/residential projects. Her competences and experience include the preparation and negotiation of design, development and construction contracts (including FIDIC-based contracts), preparation and negotiation of lease and services agreements.
