Jorge is a Corporate M&A of counsel of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and co-head of the Private Equity team. He is specialises in domestic and international M&A and private equity practice with particular dedication to management, leveraged buyouts and infrastructure transactions. He has been involved in some of the most relevant M&A transactions in Spain. He has significant experience in private equity, infra, TMT and energy sectors.
