Mr. Liya Fan specializes in a multitude of non-litigation legal matters, including long-term legal counsel, comprehensive corporate business, securities and capital markets, M&A and restructuring, debt restructuring, corporate liquidation and reorganization, restructuring before IPO, domestic A-share listing, and restructuring of listed companies. Mr. Fan worked at Hainan International Trust and Investment Corporation and Hainan Yedao Co., Ltd. and served as an independent director of Anhui Xinke New Material Co., Ltd. Since 2004, he has been practicing at DeHeng as head of the DeHeng Bankruptcy & Restructuring Committee, which has become a leading practice group among domestic law firms in this legal area.
