Mr. Nicholas Lou graduated from Fudan University School of Law with a Bachelor's degree in law. Mr. Lou was employed by a prestigious law firm specializing in foreign related legal affairs for several years. He joined Llinks Law Offices in 2006.
In the area of M&A, Mr. Lou has represented a number of foreign and domestic prestigious companies, with practices involving foreign investment, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition, sell-off and etc.
In the area of private equity funds and venture capital, Mr. Lou has represented a number of foreign and domestic PE funds investing, acquiring and selling various portfolio companies in China. He has also assisted both the investors and the portfolio companies in dealing with IPO and corporate financing legal issues. Meanwhile, he has also provided legal services for various foreign and domestic equity investment managers in establishing RMB PE funds in different cities of China.
In the area of construction and real estate, Mr. Lou has represented several foreign and national real estate funds and developers in dealing with real estate acquisitions and transfers, high-star hotel acquisition and management, and other matters. He has also represented numbers of real estate development companies in dealing with legal issues in relation to real estate development, construction, sales, lease etc.
In the area of general corporate and customs, Mr. Lou has represented several prestigious multinational and domestic enterprises and listing companies in dealing with legal issues on a daily basis, and he has also represented a Fortune 500 company in dealing with customs compliance issues.
Mr. Lou has been recommended by The Legal 500 for eight consecutive years (2019-2026) in the area of Corporate and M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Real Estate and Construction, and TMT, and others.
