Patrick Mittmann advises banks, insurance companies and debt funds as lenders as well as companies, private equity firms and other institutional borrowers on all kinds of credit financings. A focus of his work are complex real estate financings – acquisition financings and refinancing, asset deals and share deals, portfolio financings and real estate development financing. Further, he advises on corporate lending and leveraged finance transactions.
