Rachel specialises in complex financial remedy cases, including Schedule 1 proceedings and civil partnership cases. She has a particular expertise in child support law and appeals. She drafts and advises upon pre and post nuptial agreements. She is a qualified mediator, and experienced Private FDR Judge
Career
Rachel studied Classics at Worcester College, Oxford, before undertaking a law conversion course at City University. She was called to the Bar in 2002.
