Stephen Calhoun represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Texas and across the country. He handles wide range of complex commercial disputes, including cases involving contract claims, real estate matters, employment and non-compete agreements, business torts, healthcare issues, insurance claims, and class actions. Stephen also defends organizations and individuals against significant injury and property-damage claims.
Stephen previously served as a law clerk for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and practiced for over five years in Austin at an international law firm.
He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
