Career

Julian is partner at CERHA HEMPEL since 1997 and with the firm since 1992.

He is the Head of the Employment Law team, and specializes in labour law litigation, restructuring, company pension schemes. Julian advises and reperesents clients on all aspects of collective and individual employment law, predominantly acting for international and national companies but also NGOs and higher education institutions. He is valued by the clients not only for his precise assessments of the prospects of success and the course of court proceedings, but also for his pragmatic approach.
