Amanda Jones is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Finance Practice. She has significant experience acting for both borrowers and creditors in South African and international markets and has led complex, cross-border transactions across the African continent. Her expertise covers general finance, debt restructuring, preference share funding and leverage and acquisition financing. Amanda has a B.Sc: Management Studies (Law) from the University of Cape Town as well as a Certificate in Advanced Company Law I and an LLM (Tax) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a South African attorney and is an admitted solicitor in England and Wales. She is also a member of the Legal Practice Council in Gauteng.
