Career

Andrea (Andie) S. Kramer is the founding member of the Chicago law firm, ASKramer Law LLC. She counsels clients on a wide range of complex trading operations; the regulation and taxation of financial products and emerging asset classes; and related governance, risk and compliance issues. Previously, Kramer was a partner at McDermott Will & Schulte, and at Ungaretti & Harris. Kramer previously served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and has delivered specialist training courses at the US Treasury and the IRS for more than two decades.
