Anne-Laure Vincent is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group at Freshfields in Paris, specializing in complex commercial and civil disputes. She advises clients at all stages of the dispute process, from pre-litigation to litigation, across a broad range of legal issues, including financial services and banking disputes, commercial and business law matters, shareholder disputes, and post-acquisition litigation.
Anne-Laure also represents clients in white-collar crime matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings (particularly before the sanctions commission of the Autorité des marchés financiers), as well as a wide range of industrial companies on internal investigations and related actions.
Additionally, Anne-Laure has developed significant expertise in sports law, particularly in the sale of broadcasting and marketing rights.
