Barbara is head of the firms’ Regulatory & Compliance team and has been a Partner since 2014. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and high-profile multinational clients on complex compliance and regulatory matters. She regularly advises and helps clients in the telecommunications, media and technology, energy, retail and pharmaceutical business. She is commended for her extensive knowledge and business-oriented approach to deal effectively and creatively with regulatory regimes applicable to client’s projects or day-to-day operations.
Barbara is also an important member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice. Her practice focuses on advising clients in regulated industries on the competition aspects of their contemplated projects and representing clients in antitrust proceedings and providing them with associated legal advice.
