Danilo leads the Labor Law and Social Security, Property and Real Estate Business and Intellectual Property areas of the Firm.

His practice focuses on the conception of labor policies, guidelines and structures for the company; hiring, individual and collective bargaining, conflict prevention, among other issues related to his area.

Given the complexity and volume of labor conflicts in which he has intervened, sponsored and advised our clients, Danilo is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced lawyers in the field of Ecuadorian labor law.

He also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, which provides him with a comprehensive legal training, which allows him to accompany the client in the decision-making process within the line of business.
