Practice Areas
Glen Jennings is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. As leader of Gowling WLG's White Collar Defence and Investigations Group, he oversees a multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary team that offers a range of specialized services to clients, including corruption and bribery prevention, crisis management, internal investigations, corporate risk and compliance programs, due diligence in business transactions and white collar defence.
Over the past two decades, Glen has represented corporations and executives in some of Canada's most significant white-collar cases. His practice spans a wide range of regulatory and criminal matters at both the trial and appellate levels, with a focus on domestic and foreign corruption, complex tax issues, fraud, environmental issues, pension matters, money laundering, internal investigations and antitrust and securities cases.
He has previous experience practising law as both a defence lawyer and an assistant Crown Attorney and has appeared at all levels of Ontario courts.
Glen is a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor Law School, teaching a course in Law and White Collar Crime.
