Kathleen Egan is a family law attorney with a busy appellate practice. As her strengths include research and writing, she negotiates and writes private prenuptial, gestational, and property settlement agreements. At the trial court level, Kathleen advises on complex financial matters, including division of deferred compensation, alimony claims, and above-the-guidelines child support. A fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, she is certified by the Academy to mediate family law disputes.

Kathleen is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New York.
