Career
Kevin E. Packman is a Partner in Holland & Knight LLP’s Private Wealth Services Department. He leads the firm’s International Estate Planning Group. Mr. Packman’s practice includes advising high-net-worth clients (U.S. or foreign) with estate and tax planning. This also includes preimmigration planning and expatriation planning. He also helps clients come into compliance and resolve tax controversies. He represents clients daily before the Internal Revenue Service and has represented clients before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Packman, who is a Fellow of both the American College of Trusts & Estates (ACTEC) and American College of Tax Counsel (ACTC), has served in numerous leadership positions with the Florida Bar, AICPA, and ABA. He is a frequent writer and regularly speaks at national and international tax conferences. He is also frequently quoted by the national media.
