Phillip Dubsky is a partner at Herbst Kinsky attorneys in Vienna. He is a qualified Austrian solicitor and member of the New York bar. As part of the corporate team he specialises in (cross border) mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and venture capital transactions, and advises listed companies in complex corporate and capital market transactions. Phillip has been involved in some of the most prominent public and private M&A transactions. He focuses on tech M&A transactions as well as on private equity transactions advising international and national private equity funds as well as venture capital financed companies and their management.
