Career
Pierre-Alain Bouhénic was the head of the restructuring department of Brown Rudnick for 4 years after having previously managed the restructuring department of DLA Piper since 2012, before joining his own boutique firm created with Michel Frieh in 2011 within the anglo-american network. Pierre-Alain started his career at Orrick Rambaud Martel in 1994, before joining Weil Gotshal & Manges where he practiced as a partner.
