Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of the Republic (UDELAR), later graduated as a Master in Business Law at the University of Montevideo (UM). He is a former Aspiring Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the Law School of the University of the Republic (UDELAR).

His position intertwines the management of the firm, with the development and execution of its strategy, and the monitoring and personalized attention of clients and their affairs.

In his more than 20 years of experience at the firm, Santiago has advised clients from various fields of activity on mainly corporate matters (corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, antitrust, commercial contracts, complex negotiations).
