Joe Mais is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers who has also served as lead counsel in many significant matters that were successfully resolved before trial; matters range from multiple securities, intellectual property, and consumer actions, to contract, business tort and real estate litigation. Joe’s problem-solving skills as a litigator are supplemented by his years of experience as a business and practice manager. From 1995 through 2016 Joe served in multiple firm leadership positions including service as chair of the firm’s national litigation practice from 2008-16.
