Thomas Ryerson is an experienced commercial and criminal litigator, with extensive experience representing individual and corporate defendants in connection with government investigations and litigation in federal and state courts. This experience includes investigations and cases brought by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Arizona Attorney General. Thomas also advises and represents clients in nearly all stages of prosecution, from the initial investigation through sentencing, and regularly conducts internal investigations in anticipation of regulatory scrutiny or other legal exposure. In addition, Thomas handles substantial complex commercial litigation across many industry sectors, including aerospace, energy, construction, gaming, pharmaceuticals, and securities. Thomas also represents public agencies in significant matters relating to state and federal constitutional law.
