Phil Gordon has supervised the acquisition, disposition, financing, joint venture, restructuring and management agreement negotiations of numerous North American and European hotels. Phil primarily represents public and privately-held hotel owners in effecting acquisitions and mergers, development and rebranding, structuring joint ventures, negotiating management agreements, arranging financing, litigating the rights of owners, and virtually every other aspect of hotel ownership. Phil also advises on private equity fund formation. Phil has also advised on numerous public and private corporate transactions and has advised Boards of Directors (and committees) of public companies.
